This attached studio ADU is a complete little home with its own entrance — fully furnished and set up so you can unpack and settle in from day one. Sleep on a queen memory foam bed with quality linens and extra bedding, with a sofa bed for a third guest.
The full kitchen has a range, oven, full-size fridge, and microwave, stocked with cookware, dishes, and everyday essentials, plus a dedicated dining area. There’s a spot for your laptop, a private full bathroom with a tub and rain shower, and an in-unit washer and dryer with starter detergent — no shared laundry room, no laundromat.
Mini-split A/C and heating keep the studio comfortable year-round, room-darkening shades help on early mornings or night shifts, and a closet, cabinets, and under-bed storage give you room for everything. Unwind with the 55″ Smart TV (sign in to your own Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, or Hulu), then step outside to the shared fenced backyard: shared gas and charcoal BBQ grills, an outdoor pizza oven, fruit trees, and a covered patio with string lights.
The studio is professionally cleaned and prepared before every stay.
